What is the benefit of Thermal Thermography ?
Thermal thermography allows us to view beneath the surface to detect what the naked eye can't see. Cool spots which indicates a possible water leak, while hot spots which could indicate a possible overload in the electrical system.
Is everything on the property inspected?
We follow the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) established standards. ASHI is the oldest association of home inspectors and is recognized as the gold standard of practice. There are areas of the home that are excluded due to inaccessibility and safety such as some crawl spaces and steeply pitched roofs. We will gladly discuss all areas of your home to determine if any will be excluded.
How will I receive my report?
We work for you. The report is exclusively prepared for you after the selected inspection is complete. You will then receive an emailed or printed copy. With your permission we will gladly forward the report to specified others.
